Job Requirements: 1. Familiar with the construction procedures of fire engineering, the operation technology of various types of work and the requirements of quality acceptance standards; 2. Good communication skills, sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit; 3. Relevant certificates such as one construction and two construction are preferred.
1. Formulate the construction plan of the construction project; 2. In charge of the management of project quality, safety, progress, civilized construction, cost, etc.; 3. Presiding over the bidding (negotiation) work and technical negotiation of the engineering and equipment of specific construction projects, and participating in the technical disclosure work of the construction drawing review; 4. Participate in the selection, monitoring and evaluation of subcontractors; 5. Organize the acceptance of specific projects, keep abreast of the construction progress and quality of the project, coordinate and solve problems during construction, and urge the project to be completed as planned. Job Requirements: 1. More than five years of experience in the implementation and management of intelligent system engineering projects; 2. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, familiar with the technical requirements and construction specifications of integrated wiring, computer network, security, one-card system, building automation control and other systems; 3. There are relevant professional qualification certificates such as construction engineers, and the title of engineer is preferred.
